I moved into a home that was full of animal feces. I was promised the world, fell through the floor, and when I complained about the safety I was given 30 days to vacate. I'm a single, disabled Mother. What a great place.

This place sucks. Been here for 9 years.i own my own home. They raise the rent every year. My septic is backing up in My house. And I call and the park manager says she can't do wanting until morning. I have 2 young kids and an elderly person in my house we can't wait until morning to use the bathroom. Buyers or renters beware!!! And if you rent from them,it's even worse.
Rent is high. Restricted with rules. Does not take tenants needs in to consideration.
